Welcome to the Help Desk Book Blog!

If you’re looking for my unpublished manuscript The Light Congress: A Messenger’s Journal or associated Game Handbook, please see my Patreon page.

If you’re looking for the author Heidi Wiechert, you’ve found her. I’ve been a public librarian, a reporter for a Southern Illinois newspaper, and remain a proud mother, now and forever.

What do I like to read and post about on this blog? Non-fiction, memoirs, some science fiction, fantasy, and metaphysical titles are my favorites but I will give just about anything a try. I have a fascination with New Age material.

I have also started branching out into film and television reviews. They are posted along with other content on this webpage.

Thanks for reading,

Heidi
